In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) account on the cd666 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Payments made from accounts belonging to another individual will be reversed and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

Where a player's account contains a combination of real-money funds and Bonus Funds, only real-money funds that meet the applicable wagering requirement conditions are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable.

Wagering requirements apply to all Bonus Funds credited to a cd666 account. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.

In the event of any ambiguity, the cd666 betting rules documentation shall govern the settlement of that bet.

Bets are confirmed only when they appear in your cd666 account bet history with the status "Accepted". cd666 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous or manifestly incorrect price caused by a pricing error or technical fault. • Using the Platform in any manner that could constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or software vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or market, including in live casino or multiplayer game formats.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting using Bonus Funds, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by local law.

Scheduled maintenance and emergency outages are carried out from time to time; cd666 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance before pursuing any formal dispute resolution process.

Nothing in this section limits your rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded or modified by agreement.
